Welcome to West Memorial MUD

West Memorial Municipal Utility District (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. The District contains approximately 480 acres of land and is located within Harris County, Texas.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing and operating water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents.

Beginning in December 2024, the West Memorial MUD undertook, with agreement from the West Memorial Home Owners Association, improvements to the West Memorial Park, located adjacent to the Clubhouse and located on the corner of Kingsland and Promenade.
