On 9.14.24, the American Legion Post 164 at 22125 Kingsland Blvd officially reopened.
We, the West Memorial Municipal Utility District (MUD) Board of Directors, took the opportunity to dedicate the building to a former Director of the Board. Greg Barnhill served his community in many ways and was a Director on the Board from 1985 to 2022, when he passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Greg was a property claims adjuster; his work experience enabled the MUD to have the most comprehensive insurance coverage for the best price.
The Board is truly grateful for the dedication and guidance Greg provided during his many years on the Board and ultimately, his impact on the community.
