Please be informed that access to the Rear Easement (back yard) is hereby needed for the purpose of Conduction a Sanitary Collections Survey.
This access is crucial for ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of the surrounding infrastructure.
During the survey, access will be needed for a short period of time (15 minutes) at each Residence where assets are located, a door tag will be hung in advance to inform you of the date that access will be needed. If we are unable to Gain Access a Door tag will be hung to request access. We kindly request your patience and cooperation during this time.
Access to the Rear Easement will be conducted by authorized personnel only. At no time will any of Inframark Employees need access into your personal residence for this survey.
What you can do to help. Please ensure that your gate is unlocked, or resident is at home to Grant access and that all animals are secured for the date of access.
