West memorial Municipal Utility District would like to thank Friends of West Memorial and the residents of West Memorial MUD for coming out for the winter celebration. With a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a bouncy house provided by West Memorial MUD, the festivities were enjoyed by many.
